What You’ll Be Doing as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, your daily contribution directly brightens the lives of our residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Personalized Support: Assisting residents with their daily routines while prioritizing dignity, kindness, and respect.
- Building Connections: Encouraging social activities, conversations, and meaningful engagement to promote well-being.
- Creating a Homely Environment: Helping maintain a warm, safe, and comfortable space where residents feel valued and at home.
Role Requirements: To ensure seamless care for our residents, we look for team members who can offer flexibility to assist with holiday and sickness coverage when needed.
