The Role at a glance
- Leadership: Oversee all functions including care, nursing, catering, and maintenance.
- Growth: Lead marketing efforts to promote our services and maintain occupancy.
- Compliance: Ensure the service exceeds legislative standards and best practice guidelines.
- Management: Maintain budgets and operational excellence.
What we’re looking for
- Clinical Expertise: Must be a Registered Nurse with a current, unencumbered NMC registration.
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Management of Adult Services pathway).
- Skills: A proven track record in financial budgeting, people management, and CQC compliance.
The Role at a Glance
- Salary: Starting at £41,500 – £55,000 (inclusive of holidays).
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Nominally 9–5).
- Flexibility: Includes an on-call facility to support the business needs.
