The Role at a glance

• Leadership: Oversee all functions including care, nursing, catering, and maintenance.
• Growth: Lead marketing efforts to promote our services and maintain occupancy.
• Compliance: Ensure the service exceeds legislative standards and best practice guidelines.
• Management: Maintain budgets and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for

• Clinical Expertise: Must be a Registered Nurse with a current, unencumbered NMC registration.
• Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Management of Adult Services pathway).
• Skills: A proven track record in financial budgeting, people management, and CQC compliance.

The Role at a Glance

• Salary: Starting at £41,500 – £55,000 (inclusive of holidays).
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Nominally 9–5).
• Flexibility: Includes an on-call facility to support the business needs.
